Reporting to the Department Manager, you will actively contribute to the store's performance and the customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include: * Optimizing sales performance by increasing revenue and monitoring key performance indicators. * Managing inventory and supplies to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts. * Lead and manage the team on a daily basis (briefings, scheduling, training, skills development). * Ensure the department's appeal by applying merchandising guidelines and implementing promotions. * Enhance the customer experience by providing quality service and handling complaints. * Analyze the competition and adapt the product range to meet customer expectations. * Apply management and security procedures to guarantee compliance and minimize shrinkage. You hold a 2-3 year post-secondary degree in business, distribution, or management and have experience in large-scale retail or department management. A natural salesperson, you enjoy challenges and manage your business with rigor and organization. As a hands-on manager, you lead and motivate your team daily to achieve set objectives.
